Same weapon grouping problem. I simply unfit the high slots and put the launchers into different high slots to break the grouping. Then re-grouped. Solved.

I do about 60% of my mission running in a .5 system, and the other 40% deep into low sec in a .1 system. The ISK/hour is certainly lower in the lowsec system, and even though I get almost 12.5K lp for the better missions, the overall payoff IS low...

I had this happen twice. Both times were when skills were somehow automatically added to the que. Since then I have always cleared out they que each time, before manually adding in he skills I want. So far, no more problems...so far.
